With personalized sessions for my clients and focused to their individual need I like to offer my clients the inspiration, motivation and education needed to enhance their quality of life and well being. I do believe it is important to include education, empowerment and self-care techniques into the massage treatment.
As an RMT I treat a wide variety of symptoms such as:
Prenatal and postnatal Massage, tendonitis, sciatic pain, trigger point release, headache/ migraine, sports injury, work injury, whiplash relaxation and tension release etc..
As I grow in this profession I like to keep up with the needs of my clients with participating in workshops and further education and courses offered by our college.

Things you should know about a Massage Therapist
A Massage Therapist is a Regulated Health Professional
Only members of the College of Massage Therapists of
Ontario can use the title Massage Therapist or
Registered Massage Therapist.
Massage Therapists must maintain high professional
standards and must adhere to the Regulations and
Standards of the Profession.
